Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Products at Craftofpinkcity are designer made, intricately crafted and sourced from various parts of India. There may be very little variation in colour of the actual product against that as shown on the website due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, colour settings and capabilities of computer monitors. While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
In case of a damaged/defective product, we will refund the amount in your bank account in the next 5-7 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Most refunds post in your account within 2-5 business days, please ask for transaction details in case if it does not show up.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and be credited automatically in your bank account. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
